Setting Up Arden Navigation and Nested Menus

Arden ships with these main destinations:

• Services → /p/services.html
• About → /p/about.html
• Journal → /search?max-results=9
• Contact → /p/contact.html

Edit the main menu

1. Go to Layout.
2. Open Main navigation.
3. Add, remove, rename or reorder links.
4. Save and check the live menu.

Create dropdowns

Use hyphens at the beginning of the link title to create the menu hierarchy:

Services
- Consulting
-- Strategy Session
- Ongoing Support
About

• Parent = top-level item
• – Child = first submenu level
• — Grandchild = second submenu level

Parent links remain clickable. The adjacent arrow opens their child links. If a child item has no valid parent above it, Arden keeps it usable as a top-level link.
