Arden includes a light/dark appearance toggle in the header.
How the visitor experience works
If a visitor has not made a choice yet, Arden follows the device’s preferred appearance. When the visitor chooses light or dark mode, the theme remembers that choice while they continue browsing.
Customize dark colors
- Go to Theme → Customize → Advanced.
- Switch the preview to dark appearance.
- Edit Dark appearance and any dark component colors you need.
- Save.
Check embedded Blogger elements
Blogger controls some embedded interface elements. In particular, the comment editor may remain light even when Arden is in dark appearance.
