For Arden Image gadgets, the widget title becomes the image’s alternative text and the caption appears visibly below the image. Replace any starter/registration image with your own photograph.
Journal post images
Add the lead image in the normal post body. Arden leaves it where you placed it instead of duplicating it as a separate hero.
Listing previews
Journal, label, search and archive cards use Blogger’s featured image. If no usable image exists or an image fails to load, Arden shows No image preview instead of a broken image.

- Use clear landscape images for Journal listing cards.
- Use descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Compress large images before uploading so pages remain responsive.
- Check important crops on both desktop and mobile.
